Shipping, Delivery & Payment Policy
1. Payment Terms for Custom Murals ( 6 standard tiles and up)
- Booking Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your order and begin production.
- Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance must be paid and cleared in full before any mural leaves our studio.
- No Cash on Delivery: We do not offer delivery-upon-receipt, split payments, or corporate credit terms under any circumstances.
2. Fulfillment Options
🌍 International & National Shipping
- Full Clearance: The final balance must clear our bank before the freight is handed over to the courier.
- Documentation: Once dispatched, you will immediately receive your tracking number and carrier details.
📍 Local Pickup
- Studio Pickup: The remaining 50% balance must be paid either via prior bank transfer or in cash/card on the spot before the tiles are loaded into your vehicle.
3. Damage Protection & Insurance
- Shipped Orders: Every national and international shipment is packed to high freight standards and includes comprehensive transit insurance.
- Our Guarantee: In the rare event of transit damage, our insurance covers the order. We will manage the claim and prioritize remaking your tiles at no extra cost to you. Your investment is 100% protected.
- Local Transports: For local pickups, our responsibility ends once the tiles are safely handed over to you or your contractor.
